The mesenteric lipoma is rare in chilcren. A 2 years and 8 months old female child was admitted to department of Pediatrics in Inchon Christian Hospital on the 17 th Dec., 1974, because of abdominal distention and dyspnea. This is a case report of phenobarbital idiosyncrasy in a 2 months old female. The patient was admitted to our pediatric ward with symptoms of cyanosis, tachycardia and cheyne stoke respirations a few minutes after taking a small dose of phenobarbital. A case of infantile cortical hyperostosis is reported.
The patient was 2 months old female who complained of mild fever and irritability, especially when
changed her diaper.
X-Ray showed marked periosteal elevation on the mandible, upper and lower extremities. Other
laboratory tests were almost within normal limit.
A brief review of literatures was made.

A case of congenital lung cyst is reported.
The patient was 14 days old new born male who complained of marked dyspnea. On chest X-ray
examination, large area of increased radiance in entire left lung field with displacement of the
